INTRODUCTION

OlivAire operates the newest and most up-to-date network of surface transportation for the air freight industry. The company provides scheduled surface transportation through a controlled network of terminal associates that are located on or near over 40 airport locations in the United States. High quality service is effected through using direct routes between airports as well as the use of OlivAire's 90 door central sorting hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. OlivAire also operates regional facilities in Edison, NJ, Duncan, SC and Rancho Dominguez, CA.

OlivAire is dedicated to providing cost effective alternatives to air transportation of shipments that must be delivered at a specific time but that require a more economical approach that traditional air freight service. As distribution requirements evolve, OlivAire is positioned to provide a high quality solution to shipments that are a bit less time-sensitive than traditional air freight.

OlivAire focuses its services on air freight forwarders, air freight integrated carriers and brokers that are active in business relationships in both the domestic and international markets. The company provides "Airport to Airport Express" service for its customers that is designed to meet each customer's specific needs. Upon request, the company can also arrange for pick-up and /or delivery of shipments for customers for an additional charge.

The company does not market its services directly to shippers or consignees and does not compete in the small package shipments markets. It is dedicated to serving direct and indirect air carriers via its quality "Airport to Airport Express" system. There are no significant size or weight restrictions and the company strives to solve unusual problems for its clients.

OlivAire is largely a non-asset based provider of service, relying on company employed drivers, owner-operators and its association with Oliver Trucking. The company is in business to make a difference to its clients!

OLIVAIRE HISTORY AND ORIGIN

OlivAire was founded in May of 2001 and began operations that month. OlivAire was a concept brought to market by industry veterans of both the air freight industry and the LTL trucking industry that believe they can offer an improved format for "Airport to Airport Express" service. Once the system was tried and tested with excellent results, the company quickly expanded to over 30 airport locations in the United States.

While OlivAire is a separate corporate entity, its roots go back to Oliver Trucking, Inc. Oliver Trucking, in business for almost 30 years is a load-to-ride LTL carrier headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Oliver Trucking has a long history with serving the urgent transportation needs of the entertainment industry. It was through this unique relationship with the entertainment industry that allowed Oliver to continue to grow and expand. Because of Oliver Trucking and the coast-to-coast coverage that evolved as a result of its business, the platform was put in place that allowed for the OlivAire concept to be brought to market.  Venture Logistics, an Indianapolis, IN asset based TL carrier, acquired Oliver Trucking in September 2006.  This merger has given OlivAire even more resources and a renewed commitment to serve the air freight forwarder market.
